Domestic Service within Thailand

Once the payment is transferred , Coralist Swimwear will provide you the next day free delivery by EMS Thailandpost. (Within 48 business hours) 
As package is shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming your shipment. The email will provide you the tracking number for your package in which you can track through www.thailandpost.co.th

International shipping

The shipping method will be shipped upon the customers’ request.  Shipping charges for international orders will be based on the estimated weight of the package and location. The shipping fee incurred will be responsible by the customers.

Customs duties and other fees

The customs duties and other fees (if have) will be responsible by the customers.

How to return and change

Please note that swimwear may not be returned for a refund unless the item is damaged. Otherwise, the item can be exchanged for other design. Please notified us through e-mail coralistswimwear@gmail.com , website and return the unassembled item in their original packaging within 15 days. 
Items must be returned unworn (sanitary liner intact for swimwear), unwashed and unused

Within the territories of Thailand, please allow us 1-2 weeks from the return shipped date for you to receive the new item. 

 

We are unable to return merchandise obtained from channel any other than www.coralistswimwear.com

Damaged or incorrect items

Exchange by mails are only processed for damaged, defective, or wrong item shipped. Coralist Swimwear will be responsible for the cost incurred through the shipment within the territories of Thailand.
Should you receive damage, defective or the wrong item, please return the merchandise within 30 days from the shipped date from Coralist Swimwear. 
Return must be unworn (Sanitary liner intact for swimwear), unaltered, and unwashed.

Please allow us 1-2 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credit or for you to receive the new item.
